Speaking of flowers, my spider plant isn't doing so hot. I read up on it, and it's more than likely the water I'm using. Our water here is TERRIBLE. I'll switch to distilled and see what happens.
How can I ever hope to raise children if I kill two spider plants in one year?
I heard that if you fill up some water in a pitcher (or whatever) and leave it sitting out for a day, the chlorine will evaporate from it and be less harmful to the plant.
my mom always used distilled water to take care of her plants inside plus there are all kinds of fertilizers that are good---oh, Erin is reading over my shoulder (nice!) and she says she gave you that already. I was feeling good about being helpful. Thankfully children don't require distilled water, you can go with spring or tap.
