Belly Shot

I was dressed decently on Sunday, so I had Jon snap a shot of my pregnant belly. I don't exactly enjoy pregnant pictures of myself, but I thought that I would humble myself for the masses of people (dozen)who read this blog and are clamoring (maybe curious)to see how far along I am.



It's a funny thing about having a fifth child--actually it set in somewhere around kid two or three--I hardly ever know how far along I am. "How many weeks are you, Erin?" My typical response is, "Well, I'm due the first week in May." I'm just coasting along, not paying much attention to weeks or even months.

Right now I figure that I'm somewhere in the 7 month range. I completed my sixth month, but don't really know whether to call it 6 and a half or the middle of my seventh month. I'm not even attempting to calculate weeks. They tell me every so often at the Dr. office and I'm always surprised. One thing I'm sure of--that child will have to come out one day.
